VertiMax Training: Lateral Hurdles

Increase foot speed with step-overs using small training hurdles.

Drill: Stand perpendicular to the VertiMax platform. Connect two straps to the waist belt. Step first foot, then the second over each hurdle. Move down and back over the hurdles. Complete facing each direction. 
Load: 2 Waist 
Perform: 3 sets of 5 reps
