I must admit, I was pretty turned off the first time someone offered me a kale smoothie. Surprisingly, it wasn’t bad. I’m not sure that I’d drink one every morning like some, but the drink is definitely worth a taste test.

  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2-3 ice cubes
