If you’ve followed this blog for any length of time, you know that I’ve recently started using the VertiMax Training System with our student athletes. About a month ago, I posted one of the workouts I use with those athletes (you can find that HERE).

In just a month’s time, we’ve seen considerable improvements in players’ explosiveness and quickness. I can’t wait to see what those guys will look like by the end of the summer!
